What is SEND?
SEND (Student E-Newsletters from Departments) is a web-based application that collects messages and creates targeted weekly newsletters for students in specific colleges and departments.
General Information
Minimum Requirements:
To access and use this application, your computer must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Use Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox.

Obtain valid logins for access as a Submitter, College Facilitator, or Administrator.
Note: Viewers do not need login credentials to view public messages.
Overview of SEND
SEND is UNLV's custom application designed to create e-newsletters for students to communicate university announcements, events, and deadlines. Certain areas of the website are intended for administrators and facilitators, requiring a valid user account.
- For comments or concerns about the frequency or content of messages sent via SEND, email ithelp@unlv.edu.
- For questions about the content of messages sent from your college or department, contact your college or department directly.
Student
A Student, for the purposes of this web application, is generally considered as anyone with a unlv.nevada.edu
email account. Students may view any public message or messages specifically from their college and/or department.
Message frequency: Students can receive up to one message per week from their college and department. Emergency messages may be sent at any time.
Rebelmail Notifications: Emails from UNLV will have a subject line like: "UNLV XXX [College Code/Department Code] News for the week of [Month, Year]."
